NCAtrak 2 Day Training April 8 & 9, 2020

Are you new to NCAtrak or need a refresher? Then this training is for you. During this two-day training, participants will be introduced to all of the great features available in NCAtrak, including all of the new features implemented over the last year. Attendees will get hands on training that will help customize the NCAtrak system specifically to their CAC and provide all the knowledge to use NCAtrak effectively. Whether a beginner or experienced, there is something for everyone in this training. Participants will learn:

  • Customized reporting
  • Statistical collection and submission
  • Frequently asked questions
  • Adding new staff
  • Changing or modifying a pick list
  • Reconciling reports
  • How to enter complex cases
  • Working in all the tabs
  • Changing law enforcement charges
  • The newly updated Mental Health and Medical tabs
  • New features available for cross jurisdictional cases
  • AND SO MUCH MORE!

Seating is limited to twenty-five participants and the cost for this training is $650. BUT WAIT! There is a special early bird rate for members of NCA for just $500. The early bird rate for members will end March 13, 2020. This registration fee includes a NCAtrak training manual, a flash drive with all the written materials in electronic form, continental breakfast and lunch each day.

Training times are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm both days. For those interested, we will be ending a little early on Wednesday for a tour of the Sedgwick County Child Advocacy Center.

Participants must bring their own laptop with wireless internet capability.
