OMS Youth Feedback Survey Webinar
When:
Jul 27, 2021 from 14:00 to 15:00 (ET)
Associated with
Open Forum
The Outcome Measurement System (OMS) has given families and multidisciplinary professionals a voice in the CAC process for the past decade, providing essential information to guide and improve our services. The new OMS Youth Feedback Survey takes the program a step further by giving youth age 10 to 17 a direct voice to share feedback about their experience at the CAC. In this webinar, we will briefly review how the survey was developed and lessons learned from the pilot project, with the full review from our
previous webinar still available by recording
. Based on the experiences of the pilot CACs and over 200 total CACs who have adopted this new survey in just the first 6 months of the program, we will share best practices to effectively collect surveys from youth and answer any questions you may have about this new resource.
Whether you have already started offering this survey, or you are still considering it,
we encourage everyone to attend this webinar and learn how to amplify the voices of children to inform the work of the entire CAC field.
