Part One: Learn to implement the Outcome Measurement System (OMS) program at Children’s Advocacy Centers, including the purpose and benefits of the program, the topics measured, and recommendations for distributing surveys to families and team members. The training is designed for a broad audience, including centers considering joining or just getting starting with OMS, new staff at CACs already participating in the program, and experienced staff needing a refresher on best practices.
