    Update your email preferences!

All users can update their community email preferences under the "My Account > Community Notifications" tab in their profile.

Daily Consolidated Community Digest - Offers a comprehensive view of all activity from the previous day for the communities you specify in a single email. This email is sent every day at 4:30pm EST and includes discussions, announcements, and library entries.

Weekly Consolidated Community Digest - Offers a comprehensive view of all activity from the preceding week for the communities you specify in a single email. This email is sent every Monday at 4:30pm EST  and includes discussions, announcements, and library entries.

Discussion Email - Offers discussion post from a single community that can be delivered to you by email in real-time or in a daily email. Configure the frequency and delivery details of discussion notifications for each community.

In addition to community notifications, other messages are routinely sent to users. These messages -System, Community, Participation, and Promotional - will always be sent to your profile inbox. By default, they are also emailed to your preferred email address. You can edit these settings under My Account > Email Preferences.

Also, please add our community email address (Mail@ConnectedCommunity.org) to your organization’s whitelist. Due to the high volume of emails generated from our community, some email service providers incorrectly identify the email as spam. While we do everything possible to ensure reliable deliverability rates, it's sometimes necessary that you add the community email addresses to your "whitelist" (this tells your mail service provider that we are approved senders and not spam). You may need to work with your IT department or vendor to add the domain (Mail@ConnectedCommunity.org) to your organization's whitelist.
