  • NCAtrak Subscription Price - Small Increase

    For the first time, we're introducing new pricing for your subscription.

    After years of offering NCAtrak at the same low annual price per CAC, future development of the features you and your colleagues have asked for mean we'll have to adjust our pricing model. Though it doesn't take effect until January 1, 2023, we wanted to let you know right away, as you're planning your budget for next year.

    NCAtrak's annual subscription fee, long offered at $2,000, will go up by $100 starting with your renewal after the first of the year. (First-time subscriptions, set at $3,000 for the first year to cover setup, will also go up by $100.)

    Then, to avoid any future surprises, we plan a gradual increase of 3% each year for the next seven years to keep up with the costs of maintenance and functionality development and the pace of inflation (which, we hope, will get back under control soon!).

    Your support for the only case management system by CACs, for CACs, means we can introduce upcoming new features, like multi-factor authentication (MFA) to keep your data secure, and the forthcoming ability to email or text families with appointment reminders right from NCAtrak. These and other updates to improve data collection and better tell your organization's story are on the way!
