NCAtrak Introduction and Setup:
This training is designed for Centers new to NCAtrak, security officers, and administrators of NCAtrak and will assist them in becoming familiar with core functionality and set up. Whether you have recently taken on this role or have had this role for some time the training will provide valuable information to set up NCAtrak and maintain your database. During this training, the Administration Tab will be covered in addition to setting up dashboard widgets, custom fields, pick lists, agencies, roles, and personnel. $299 per person.

NCAtrak MDT and Case Management:
This training is designed for individuals who create cases, manage cases and facilitates MDT case review. Valuable information about how to manage MDT meetings, document cases, and manage cases specific to roles and responsibilities within NCAtrak will be discussed. Each case tab will be discussed in detail and simple and complex cases will be entered into NCAtrak. $299 per person.
