JOB DESCRIPTION
Nest is a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing all forms of violence and harm through mental wellness & violence prevention education. NEST is thrilled to announce the launch of their comprehensive K-12 "You Belong Here" violence prevention and mental wellness curriculum. This innovative program is designed to address the interconnected nature of different types of violence and empower young minds in building healthy relationships and mitigating harm, both to themselves and others.
NEST is seeking an experienced Teacher Trainer that can adapt training materials, implement, and lead in-person and virtual educators in schools across the US. This role requires someone who has experience in curriculum & training design, and who is an engaging, passionate, and motivating public speaker. Experience in schools/school districts is a plus. This position will involve travel, including but not limited to areas in California, Texas, Oregon, New York, and other areas of the US. You will work to adapt and deliver engaging and informative training sessions for K-12 educators who will teach the Nest curriculum to students.
