Associate Director of Multidisciplinary Response
The Associate Director of Multidisciplinary Response is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and continuous improvement of the organization's multidisciplinary response initiatives. This role oversees teams comprised of diverse professionals-such as clinicians, case managers, law enforcement liaisons, medical personnel, educators, and social service providers-to ensure collaborative, coordinated, and client-centered responses to complex cases involving behavioral health crises, trauma, abuse, problematic sexual behavior (PSB), child trafficking, or other critical needs. The Associate Director fosters interagency collaboration, develops response protocols, ensures compliance with best practices and legal requirements, and leads efforts to enhance outcomes for individuals and families served.

Director of Philanthropy & Communications
The Director of Philanthropy will work closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders to achieve the strategic goals of the organization and to further our mission to prevent abuse, protect children and heal families. The Director will lead a team of professionals, providing leadership and support to build a high-functioning team. The Director of Philanthropy will create, execute, and evaluate development strategies with a donor-centric approach and work with the Director of Grants and Program Evaluation to contribute to the financial sustainability of Dee Norton. The Director will also oversee external communications to build a consistent brand and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
