    The Dragonfly House Children's Advocacy Center, a nationally accredited CAC serving Davie and Davidson Counties in North Carolina, is seeking a full-time Executive Director.

    The ED is responsible for overall administration and management of the agency, including program oversight, multidisciplinary team partnerships, fiscal management, personnel supervision, board relations, fundraising, and community engagement. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors.

    Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred), or a combination of education, training, and relevant nonprofit leadership experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, and financial oversight.
