Mental Health Therapist
Liberty House's Hope & Wellness program is seeking licensed therapists to provide individual, family, and group counseling to children ages 5-21 who have been impacted by trauma or grief. The role provides a rewarding opportunity to work closely with team members to help adults, children, and families thrive.

Primary Duties
- Provide triage, assessment, individual, family, and group counseling, as well as crisis services for children 5 to age 21 and their families.
- Complete all required documentation related to client care in a timely manner, including comprehensive assessment and service plan at intake and service notes following each session.
- Screen potential clients at referral for Rapid Access, Brief Therapy, or Routine Therapy and schedule assessment within the policy guidelines for each service.
- Provide case management and consultation services for children and families as needed to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or another mental health-related field.
- Ability to obtain or already Licensed in the State of Oregon. (Required)
- Oregon licensed Therapists with three years of clinical practice with children and families, including abuse survivors.
- Fluency in Spanish is Preferred.
- 40 hours of training in evidence-based treatments of trauma
- Must be able to pass a criminal background, DHS Child Welfare Registry, and sex offender registry checks before employment.
