    The Program Manager for Monarch Children's Justice and Advocacy Center provides operational leadership and administrative support across Monarch's programs, including its satellite sites and victim service centers. This role supports the Director of Community Services by supervising staff, managing community partnerships, and ensuring adherence to accreditation standards. The Program Manager plays a vital role in delivering trauma-informed services, promoting public awareness, and maintaining program quality across jurisdictions. Salary starts at $70,864 (entry) to $84,234 (step 7). This position will be primarily located at our Lacey office.
