NOW HIRING: Clinical Manager

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and mission-driven Clinical Manager to lead and support our clinical services team. This leadership role is responsible for the development, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of trauma-informed therapeutic services for children and families impacted by abuse and traumatic events.
What You'll Do:
• Supervise and support clinical staff, interns, and practicum students
• Provide therapeutic services to child victims and non-offending caregivers
• Oversee clinical programming and therapy services
• Support evidence-based trauma treatment and staff development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners and community agencies
• Assist with NCA accreditation standards, reporting, and program evaluation
• Participate in community outreach, education, and advocacy efforts
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
• Current BSRB licensure with an Advanced Clinical license required
• Minimum 5 years of direct client experience
• Clinical supervision experience required
• Experience working with children and trauma preferred
• TF-CBT training and/or other evidence-based trauma therapy required (may complete after hire)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
