Dallas Children's Advocacy Center (DCAC) is hiring a Director of Engagement.
DCAC's Advancement Team is organized into two aligned functions: Engagement and Development. Engagement builds the pipeline through awareness, participation, and numerous entry points. Development converts that pipeline into revenue through relationships, strategy, and stewardship. This intentional system ensures that every interaction no matter where it happens in the organization has purpose and moves us closer to lasting impact for the children and families we serve.
This role oversees all engagement channels-marketing, events, volunteerism, and community outreach-and ensures they operate as an integrated system that moves individuals and organizations from initial awareness to active philanthropic investment.
