The Chadwick Center for Children and Families at Rady Children's Hospital San Diego, is one of the largest hospital-based Children's Advocacy Center (CAC) and trauma treatment centers in the nation. We provide family-focused and trauma-informed services to children and adolescents who may have experienced or witnessed maltreatment, abuse or violence. The Trauma Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) Initiatives promote child abuse prevention and early intervention, including Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health services. These grant-funded programs deliver clinical services, professional training, and consultation to improve outcomes for children ages 0–5 and their caregivers.
The Trauma PEI Supervisor provides administrative oversight for the BrightConnections program and other prevention initiatives. This role collaborates with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure integrated, high-quality services for families.
The Chadwick Center is looking for a leader with experience in early childhood mental health who has or can develop advanced expertise in outreach, prevention, and system-level collaboration in child abuse and early childhood mental health.
