Summer 2019 OMS Training Series, Part Two: Creating Reports & Sharing Results - Webinar

When:  Jul 23, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM (ET)
Join Kaitlin Lounsbury, NCA’s Program Evaluation Coordinator, for the Part Two of our Summer 2019 Training Series for the Outcome Measurement System (OMS).

This webinar will show you how to use your center's OMS results to improve services, increase funding, raise awareness, and support legislation that benefits CACs. You will learn how to access results in your OMS online reporting dashboards in Qualtrics, including how to filter your reports to see data from select groups or timeframes and benchmark your center’s results against state, regional, and national averages. We will provide examples of how centers across the country are using their results and present ideas on how to combine OMS with other data to strengthen your message.

The webinar will last approximately one hour and will be recorded for future reference. As long as you register, you will receive a link to the recording, even if you are not able to attend on the actual day.

OMS training webinars are repeated twice a year (summer and winter). They are designed for a wide variety of audiences, including new CACs thinking of joining OMS for the first time, new staff members taking over responsibilities for OMS, and continuing staff members wishing to refresh their memory or get answers to questions they may have about the program. We welcome attendees from CACs, MDTs, State Chapters, Regional CACs, and anyone else interesting in using data to improve the work of CACs.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing your custom link to join on the day of the training. If you do not receive this email, or if you have any questions before or after the training, please contact Kaitlin Lounsbury at or your State Chapter point-of-contact for the OMS program in your area.
