PA State Chapter is looking for our next team member! The Communications Manager is a multifaceted position leading all public-facing Communications and Outreach initiatives and supporting Development and Legislative Advocacy priorities for Children’s Advocacy Centers of Pennsylvania. This position is part of a dynamic team of Staff and Board that seeks to improve and expand services for abused children in Pennsylvania through strengthening and sustaining Children’s Advocacy Centers. The Communications Manager will work closely with the Executive Director, Communications Committee, External Affairs Committee, Development Committee, and Member CACs to represent the statewide CAC movement, develop messaging, and lead projects that advance the CAC model and mission across Pennsylvania. This is a highly creative and collaborative position. The successful candidate should be able to work independently, take initiative, think critically, offer creative ideas, engage diverse audiences, and bring people together.

Platforms the Communications Manager will be expected to use include: social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), WordPress website, MailChimp email newsletters, Little Green Light donor database, Donorbox donation forms, Givebutter fundraising pages, and Canva Pro design. PennCAC contracts with consultants as needed for content, website development, design, and print/mail.

Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Executive Director
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year (commensurate with education and experience)
Fair Labor Standard Act Status: Exempt
