  • Scholarship opportunity available for February TF-CBT Training!

    Hello colleagues! 

    MHI is pleased to announce that the NCA Institute for Better Mental Health Outcomes is offering scholarships for its upcoming Mental Health Evidence Based Mental Health Training - Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  

    The Scholarship Application is for February TF-CBT Training - details below. Pre-Requisite and Attendance requirements. 
    Application Deadline: January 9, 2026, 11:59 EST 
    Eligibility Requirements:
    -Currently employed by or have a linkage agreement with a Children's Advocacy Center (CAC).
    -Have a master's degree or higher or currently enrolled in a master's degree program in a mental health field.
    NOTE: Preference will be given to clinicians from CACs that serve rural areas.

    Requirements for Training -Must Be Able to Attend:
    Welcome Call: January 16, 2025, from 2:00-3:00pm ET 
    *1:00–2:00 pm CT/12:00–1:00 pm MT/11:00 am–12:00 pm PT/10:00–11:00 am AKT/ 9:00–10:00 am HST

    Live Training Days
    3-day Learning Session 1: 
    February 5, 2026: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm ET  
    February 10, 2026 : 11:00 am - 5:00 pm ET  
    February 12, 2026 : 11:00 am - 5:00 pm ET 
    *10:00 am–4:00 pm CT)/9:00 am–3:00 pm MT/8:00 am–2:00 pm PT/7:00 am–1:00 pm AKT/6:00 am–12:00 pm HST

    1-day Learning Session 2:
    March 26, 2026; 11:00 am - 5:00 pm ET

    Consultation Calls
    Participate in at least 9 out of 12 consultation calls, lasting an hour each.
    *You will receive an email from NCA with the consultation call schedule and links to registering for the group you desire.

    Pre-Requisite: TF-CBTWeb *please note that there is a $35 fee that is NOT covered as part of your registration and which is paid to the Medical University of South Carolina through TF-CBTWeb.
